The

Senior Facility Manager

provides operational leadership at a dedicated client site within company Technical Facility Management organization. This role is responsible for ensuring world-classsafety performance, operational excellence, financial discipline, and client satisfaction.

The position operates within a 24x7 environment supporting mission-critical semiconductor manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate a high sense of urgency, the ability to balance team leadership with technical expertise while delivering high levels of client satisfaction. The scope will be focused on Total Chemical and Gas Management (TGCM) with opportunities to expand into other services.

Travel is minimal as this is an onsite role.

Safety Leadership

Champion “Incident Free Workplace” (IFW) culture within the site.

Ensure compliance with corporate and client EHS programs, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Oversee incident reviews, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement across the organization to reduce TRIR and safety risks.

Promote proactive hazard identification and risk mitigation behaviors across all levels of staff.

Operational Excellence

Deliver consistent operational performance that exceeds customer expectations and drive quality through the company “Right First Time” (RFT) methodology.

Oversee site teams in the operations and maintenance service delivery of Technical Facilities scope (gas, chemical, electrical, UPW, wastewater and mechanical utilities) that enable client production.

Manage and improve KPIs focused on uptime, reliability, preventive maintenance, and response time.

Lead site assessments, root cause analyses, and performance improvement initiatives to ensure quality and delivery standards are met.

Financial & Business Management

Own site P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning.

Manage operational costs and ensure alignment with contract deliverables and corporate financial goals.

Prepare and present financial reports, variance analyses, and improvement plans.

Support cost modeling, pricing development, and proposal preparation for new and renewed scopes of work.

Client Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for the client.

Conduct regular business reviews and ensure alignment between company operational performance and client priorities.

Build and sustain long-term partnerships through transparency, reliability, and results.

Anticipate evolving client needs and proactively develop solutions that enhance value.

Employee Development

Build, mentor, and sustain a high-performing technical operations team within the site.

Develop clear performance expectations, career pathways, and succession plans within the organization.

Lead through accountability, recognition, and ongoing coaching to reinforce company culture of operational excellence.

Promote continuous learning and professional growth through training, certification programs, and cross-site knowledge sharing.

Create an environment where employees understand how their work directly supports client success and company mission.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical preferred), Facilities Management, or related technical field, experience in lieu of degree will be considered.

Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in Technical Facility Management or Operations Management, ideally in a semiconductor, BLS or high-tech manufacturing environment.

Proven success in client management, financial performance, and team development.

Strong working knowledge of EHS compliance, reliability programs, and a background in TGCM, UPW, WWT or Cleanroom Mechanical is preferred.
