Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Procurement Coordinator to support purchasing and procurement activities. The ideal candidate will coordinate with suppliers, manage purchase orders, maintain procurement records, and ensure materials and services are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily procurement and purchasing activities.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders and procurement documents.
  • Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotations and confirm orders.
  • Monitor order status and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain accurate supplier and purchasing records.
  • Compare quotations and assist with supplier selection.
  • Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding purchasing requirements.
  • Assist with inventory and procurement documentation.
  • Support the procurement team with administrative duties.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing is preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience with procurement or ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
