Job Description

Global Freight Solutions Pte. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized International Logistics to join our team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating international shipments, managing shipping documentation, and ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods while complying with import and export regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify shipping, customs, and export/import documentation.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, customs brokers, and suppliers.
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Resolve shipping delays, customs clearance issues, and delivery discrepancies.
• Monitor logistics costs and maintain accurate shipment records.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore and international trade regulations.
• Support inventory planning and supply chain operations.
• Prepare logistics reports and maintain documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of import/export procedures and shipping documentation.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with ERP or logistics management systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
