Customer Solutions Consultant (Entry Level)

Salary: From $3,500 to $4,000

Permanent / Full-time Position

  • 5-Day work week
  • Monday to Friday (Office Hours)
  • Multiple Locations Available
  • Flexible Work Arrangement/ Hybrid

About the Role

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, communication, and service design. Ideal for someone who listens deeply, translates insights into actionable steps, and collaborates across teams to make things work better for customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain detailed documentation in CRM systems and provide input to customer growth plans.
  • Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Gather and share feedback that helps refine products, processes, and client engagement models.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and business development teams to design effective solution proposals.
  • Support solution presentations, demos, and proposal walkthroughs for clients.

Requirements

  • Only Singaporeans are eligible for this role
  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
  • Experience in consulting, client success, business analysis, or related roles.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment.
  • Exceptional communication, listening, and problem-framing skills.
