Admin cum Customer Service Assistant

(Kallang-Singapore)

Requirements

  • Minimium ITE/ Poly Diploma/Degree or equivalent
  • Good written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills and a good team player
  • Proficient in MS Office,including MS Word and Excel
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply

Responsibilities

  • Handle customers enquiries,quotations purchase orders ,shipments ,etc.
  • Follow up on shipment progress
  • Minimium 1 to 2 years related working experience is preferred but not a must
