Job Responsibilities

The Staff Nurse will play a critical role in providing clinical and administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of the specialist clinic and delivering high-quality patient care. The duties and responsibilities include:

• Perform clinical and administrative duties including answering phone inquiries, registering patients, scheduling appointments, booking referrals, and handling billing and coding for insurance claims.
• Conduct Phlebotomy procedures efficiently and accurately.
• Manage insurance claims, Medisave claims, Medishield claims, and other administrative tasks pertinent to clinic operations and service standards.
• Ensure availability and proper functioning of necessary equipment, supplies, and systems required for clinic operations.
• Administer medications in accordance with guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Manage patient case notes, maintain an accurate filing system, and ensure compliance with record-keeping protocols.
• Uphold a high standard of medical care and service delivery, ensuring patient satisfaction and safety.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Nursing with at least 2 years of working experience
• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board
• Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in clinical procedures and medical documentation
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to uphold ethical standards and patient confidentiality
