Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Manager in coordinating technical matters for both on-site and off-site meetings
  • Prepare, review, and submit architectural samples, shop drawings, method statements, and technical documents to consultants and relevant authorities
  • Coordinate and monitor site work progress, including conducting regular inspections and attending project meetings
  • Ensure works are carried out in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and schedule
  • Liaise and coordinate effectively with subcontractors, consultants, Resident Engineers (RE), and Resident Technical Officers (RTO)
  • Support overall project execution and contribute to timely project delivery

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, drawings, and site coordination
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to work a 5.5-day work week
  • Open to fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience
