About the Role
This role plays a critical part in ensuring all mechanical and electrical works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, statutory requirements and quality standards.
You will work closely with consultants, contractors and project stakeholders to oversee site activities, monitor construction quality and support the successful delivery of complex infrastructure and mission-critical projects.
Site Supervision & Quality Assurance

Monitor, supervise and inspect M&E works in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and statutory requirements

Ensure all site works are carried out safely and aligned with project quality standards

Conduct inspections and identify any non-conformities, discrepancies and technical issues during construction
-
Apply expertise in statutory codes and site supervision requirements to enforce QA/QC procedures
-
Monitor contractor performance and workmanship to support timely project delivery
-
Support authority inspections and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
-
Maintain proper site records, reports and documentation
Technical Coordination & Project Support

Review drawings, shop drawings, method statements and contractor submissions
-
Coordinate closely with Professional Engineers, consultants, contractors and regulatory authorities
-
Attend site progress meetings, coordination meetings and technical discussions with stakeholders
-
Support the resolution of site and technical issues to minimise project delays
-
Ensure compliance with local construction practices, codes and statutory requirements
-
Adapt to shift work schedules to maintain continuous project oversight and timely issue resolution
Safety & Compliance
-
Implement and maintain site supervision quality and safety assurance systems
-
Carry out regular site safety inspections and ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations
-
Ensure contractors adhere to approved work methods and safety procedures
-
Support overall project compliance with client and statutory requirements
Documentation & Reporting

Prepare and submit detailed site progress reports and technical documentation
-
Maintain proper site records including:

Site reports
-
Safety records
-
Method statements
-
Shop drawings
-
Inspection records
-
As-built submissions
-
Maintain accurate progress tracking and reporting for ongoing works

About You
-
RE/RTO registration with IES/ACES is mandatory
-
Degree-qualified in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering recognised by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore
-
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in M&E site supervision and construction projects
-
At least 2 years of experience supervising projects of similar scale and complexity
-
Experience in data centre or mission-critical projects will be an advantage
-
Familiar with QA/QC procedures, statutory requirements and site safety compliance
-
BCSS certification or higher safety qualifications will be an added advantage
-
Strong supervisory, coordination and stakeholder management skills
-
Able to work independently and manage multiple site activities effectively
