We are seeking a results‑driven Marketeer with strong expertise in social media marketing, content creation, and digital campaign execution . This person is is responsible for driving brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth through data‑driven strategies across multiple digital platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and e‑commerce channels.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Marketing
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu.
- Create engaging content including short‑form videos, copywriting, visuals, and reels
- Manage content calendars, posting schedules, and community engagement
- Monitor social media trends, engagement, and audience insights to optimize performance
Digital & Paid Marketing
- Conceptualize and manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta/Instagram ads)
- Collaborate with designers and agencies of member firms to create high‑converting creatives
- Optimize targeting, budget allocation, and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing strategies and online campaigns with member firms
Campaign Management & Growth
- Plan and execute seasonal campaigns across Singapore and perhaps other markets
- Support offline events and pop‑up activations, including O2O communication
- Analyze campaign performance to drive improvements in conversion, engagement, and retention
- Support webinars, product launches, and promotional initiatives
Collaboration & Administration
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external agencies when required
- Provide customer engagement support via social media channels
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks where required
SEO & Website Support
- Work with SEO agencies to identify keyword opportunities and competitor gaps
- Support website content optimization and organic traffic growth
- Assist with basic website management (e.g., WIX updates and content uploads)
