Kitchen Steward

Responsibilites:


  • Assist in general cleanliness of kitchen and restaurant
  • Prepare and operate dishwashing equipment
  • Empty trash and remove trash regularly
  • Ensure tools and equipment are replenished, reinstated and maintained
  • Ensure appropriate tools and equipment are adequate and in working condition
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:


  • Willing to work on weekends and/or public holidays
  • Abe to work independently with minimal supervision
