Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Student Care Mentor at our Woodlands Branch.

You are someone who:

  • Loves working with children and genuinely cares about their growth
  • Is patient, cheerful, responsible, and motivated
  • Demonstrates strong classroom management skills
  • Is resourceful and independent
  • Has basic IT competency
  • Is a strong team player
  • Has prior experience working with children (an advantage)

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Guide and support children with their schoolwork
  • Ensure classroom discipline and maintain a safe, caring environment
  • Fetch children from nearby schools (within walking distance)
  • Plan and conduct engaging holiday and enrichment programmes
  • Build strong, positive relationships with parents through regular communication

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,600.00 per month
