Responsibilities

• Conditioning and arrange fresh flower bouquets, hampers, and gift sets according to brand standards
• Handle customer requests and orders through online and offline channels
• Manage flower ordering, stock rotation, and inventory control
• Prepare daily flower orders for dispatch and coordinate with the delivery team
• Maintain cleanliness, tidiness, and safety of the floral workspace
• Support festive campaigns (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc.) and product launches

Requirements

• No experience required if you're willing to learn, quick on hands and meticulous
• Strong attention to detail and high standards for quality
• Responsible, proactive, and able to take initiative
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work weekends and longer hours during peak seasons
