Summer internship period at FWD Group Office Singapore is from May 11 to July 24, 2026

What you will do:

• Undergo a 11-week summer programme designed to provide you with an exciting, fun and supportive learning experience and responsibilities which mirror work life at FWD.

• Develop a good foundation on FWD products and services. You will collaborate across different business functions to execute your assigned tasks and projects.

• Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies and solutions to perform tasks and improve existing processes.

What you’ll need:

• Preferably 3rd year or final year students, and must be available for a full-time internship from May to August 2026

• Passion for digital initiatives and process enhancement through technology enablement

• Ability to work in an agile and fast-paced environment

• A high personal drive to achieve results, proactive, and good at execution of assigned tasks

• Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills

• Fluency in both written and verbal communication

• Ability to quickly solve problems on your own or with a team

• Ability to articulate ideas/strategies clearly, both verbally and in writing

• Group Distribution & Proposition – Powers market reach and innovation by crafting compelling propositions and dynamic distribution strategies.
• Group Strategy – Shapes the future by setting bold strategic directions and unlocking growth opportunities.
• Group Technology(Information Security) – Safeguards our digital ecosystem with cutting-edge security and resilience.
• Group Technology Services – provides essential technology support and services across the organization. Ensures reliable IT operations, system performance, and service delivery for all business units.
• Southeast Asia – Accelerates success by steering operations and growth in vibrant Southeast Asian markets.

What to expect during the interview process:
