Data and analysis

• Collect and analyze inventory movement for optimum levelinventory holding to meet market needs without under or over inventory.

• Manage inventory levels, monitor stocklevels, and track inventory regularly

• Identify inventory risk and discusswith Singapore cross-functional leadership team for risk mitigation actions

• Effective use of demand planning andinventory monitoring tools

• Coordinate between logistic agent andBrunei vendors to ensure effective and timely delivery according to schedule.

• Monitor and monitor inventory holdingand movement between warehouses in Singapore

• Extract open orders data on theregion every month

Interpersonal and collaboration

• Collaborate with internal andexternal stakeholders including but not limited to corporate supply chain and Singaporewarehouse team to ensure smooth logistic operation

• Coordinating between incoming orders from Singapore andBrunei vendors to ensure transportation and delivery schedules from Singaporewarehouse to meet customer needs

• Leadmonthly demand and forecast discussion with Singapore crossfunctional leadership team

• Lead bi-monthly discussion withcorporate supply chain team

• Providing customer service andsupport on deliver topics when required

• Coordinate with freight forwarder andBrunei vendor for shipment to Brunei

Procurement and operation

• Plan and place purchase order fortimely arrival and sufficient inventory holding

• Follow up closely with corporatesupply team on pending orders and urgent demand products to minimize impact dueto stock shortage.

• Ensure purchase at accurate andupdates regular and tender CIF pricing
