About the Role

Kaleido Jewellery Singapore is a growing fashion jewelry retail brand, and we're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Digital Operations Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Omni-Channel Operations

  • Drive seamless coordination between online (Shopify, TikTok Shop) and retail store operations to ensure consistent stock availability and customer experience across all channels.
  • Align inventory and fulfillment strategies across online and offline touchpoints to support omni-channel sales initiatives.
  • Liaise with retail store teams and e-commerce stakeholders to synchronize promotions, stock levels, and product launches across channels.

Inventory Planning

  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability across online and retail channels.
  • Prepare and execute weekly store replenishment plans based on sales performance and inventory levels.
  • Coordinate stock replenishment activities with warehouse packers and relevant stakeholders.
  • Conduct monthly demand planning to ensure sufficient stock coverage for upcoming sales periods, including TikTok Live events and campaigns.
  • Perform stock allocation across stores and channels based on sales trends and inventory requirements.
  • Assist in stock takes, inventory reconciliation, and housekeeping of inventory records.

Product Management

  • Create and maintain product SKUs in the inventory system.
  • Launch and set up new products accurately and promptly across all sales channels.
  • Update and maintain product catalogues, product information, and inventory records.
  • Ensure data accuracy across inventory and product management systems.

TikTok Live Support

  • Prepare product selections, stock allocations, and inventory setup ahead of scheduled TikTok Live sessions.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure featured products are adequately stocked and ready for live sessions.
  • Monitor stock levels during TikTok Live sessions to prevent overselling and address inventory issues in real time.
  • Track and report on stock movement and replenishment needs following TikTok Live sessions.

Logistics & Reporting

  • Prepare and schedule deliveries to stores and other locations, including replenishment tied to TikTok Live and online campaign demand.
  • Extract, analyze, and prepare bestseller and replenishment reports across online and retail channels.
  • Conduct basic stock analysis to identify inventory opportunities and risks.
  • Follow up closely on replenishment, delivery schedules, and inventory discrepancies to ensure timely resolution.

What You'll Need

  • Diploma or experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management, logistics operations, and omni-channel retail coordination.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, TikTok Shop) and interest in livestream commerce operations is a plus.
  • Meticulous, organized, and highly attentive to detail.
  • Strong follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, channels, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including retail store staff, marketing, and warehouse personnel.
  • Comfortable working flexible hours to support TikTok Live sessions where required.
  • Good command of English and strong communication skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data management and analysis functions.
