Job Responsibilities

• Manage overall daily club operations, including staff scheduling, attendance management, and daily operational workflow supervision
• Formulate monthly and quarterly business operation targets, lead the team to complete performance goals, and continuously improve overall operating revenue
• Maintain good customer relationships, provide high-quality service guidance, handle customer inquiries and feedback properly, and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Responsible for team building and staff training, standardize service processes, improve team service quality and comprehensive professional ability
• Manage venue equipment, daily materials and inventory inspection, ensure normal and orderly operation of the venue
• Sort out daily and weekly operation data, complete work reports, and optimize operation management processes according to actual business conditions
• Coordinate daily operational issues, respond to and handle all unexpected work situations efficiently

Job Requirements

• Has formal management working experience in leisure service, high-end social venue or related service industry
• Possess solid team management, operation coordination and problem-solving abilities, good logical thinking and execution
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to maintain good interaction with teams and customers
• Willing to adapt to flexible working hours, including evening shifts, weekends and public holidays according to business needs
• Fluent in oral Chinese communication; basic daily English communication ability is preferred
• Professional in work attitude, responsible, rigorous, with good service awareness and team management awareness

Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
