Our esteemed client in the Architectural industry is seeking an Admin Assistant (to cover maternity) to join their dynamic team:
- Employment Type: 3 months contract (to cover maternity)
- Position: Admin Assistant
- Location: Upper Thomson
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
- Salary Package: $1,800
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming phone calls
- Greet and attend to visitors
- Maintain and monitor office supplies
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, postage, and courier services
- Prepare and issue quotations
- Perform ad hoc duties as required
Job Requirements:
- Inexperienced candidates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
- Able to commit 3 months contract (till end of July).
- Must be able to start immediately or in short notice
