Aviation Screening Officer (AVSO) is responsible for conducting security screening checks and ensuring the safety of the airport while maintaining its high security standards. All duties are to be performed in accordance to the airport security guidelines. This position requires you to go through a specialised training.
The duties of the Aviation Screening Officer include:
· Performing security screening in designated zone
· Manual bag checks
· X-ray screening for baggage
· Using of security equipment to conduct screening
Requirement:
· 1 “N” Level credit or 3 WPLN level 4 & above
· Must be able to differentiate colours due to job nature
· Able to perform shift work duties (4 days work followed by 2 days off cycle)
