Job Description and Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide an exceptional service experience to the customers
  • Be the subject matter expert of all menu items and able to upsell and cross-sell
  • Perform all basic station procedures including service, kitchen and cashiering
  • Perform general housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Strictly adhered to the Quality, Service and Cleanliness (QSC) standards of the assigned workstations
  • Performing any other duties as assigned by supervisor and/or Management


Job Requirements:

  • No experience required as on-the-job training will be provided
  • Fun and cheerful personality
  • Able to perform well in fast-paced environment
