Rustica Singapore – Farm-to-Table Café & Restaurant

About Rustica
Rustica is a cozy farm-to-table café-restaurant located at Crawford Lane. We celebrate Singapore’s local farmers, fishermen and producers by creating dishes that highlight fresh, locally sourced ingredients. We’re looking for warm, energetic and service-oriented individuals to join our front-of-house team.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
• Present menus and describe dishes, specials, and ingredients when needed
• Take orders accurately and input them into the POS system
• Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure excellent guest experience
• Clear tables, reset settings, and maintain cleanliness of the dining area
• Assist in daily service preparations — topping up water, condiments, cutlery, etc.
• Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Handle customer queries, requests, and feedback politely
• Process billing and payments accurately
• Maintain hygiene and follow food-safety standards at all times

Requirements

• Friendly, customer-focused, and positive attitude
• Good communication skills and a team-player mindset
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable standing/walking for long periods
• Prior F&B or café/restaurant experience is a bonus, but not required
• Willing to work weekends and peak-hour shifts
• Passion for hospitality and good food is a plus

Pay: $1,800.00 - $3,000.00 per month
