Chef de Partie – (Pre-Opening)

We’re assembling a passionate kitchen team to bring our exciting new concept in Dempsey Hill to life. Whether you’re an experienced Chef de Partie or a rising talent in the kitchen, if you’re driven by creativity, precision, and delivering exceptional dishes, we want you on our team.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and execute menu items to the highest quality, following recipes and presentation standards.
  • Manage a specific station in the kitchen, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and cleanliness.
  • Assist in developing and refining seasonal menus and specials.
  • Maintain stock, rotate inventory, and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
  • Follow SOPs, portion controls, and hygiene standards in all food preparation.
  • Support the team during service to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of dishes.
  • Participate in training, tastings, and workshops to expand culinary skills.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, positive kitchen culture focused on learning and excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations.
  • Gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, upscale-casual kitchen environment.
  • Progress toward senior chef roles with mentorship and guidance from the Head Chef.

We’re Looking for Someone Who

  • Is passionate about delivering exceptional dishes.
  • Has pre-opening or scale-up experience (a strong plus).
  • Has proven experience as a Chef de Partie in semi fine dining, upscale casual, or similar environments.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
  • Pays close attention to detail, presentation, and quality.
