Job Description

The Head of Marketing will lead the global marketing function during an exciting phase of international expansion. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, this role is responsible for developing and executing the global brand strategy, strengthening market positioning, and driving demand generation across APAC, North America, and Europe.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Market Positioning

Develop and execute the global brand strategy, messaging, and market positioning.

Ensure consistent brand representation across regions to support business expansion.

Demand Generation & Commercial Growth

Lead integrated marketing campaigns to generate qualified sales opportunities.

Develop Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for strategic customers.

Oversee digital marketing, including website, SEO/SEM, social media, marketing automation, and campaign performance.

Content Development & Thought Leadership

Lead the creation of technical marketing content, including white papers, case studies, webinars, and product materials.

Support executive communications, media engagement, and investor communications.

Partner with Engineering and R&D to translate technical innovations into customer-focused content.

Corporate Communications & Industry Engagement

Manage marketing activities for international exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.

Drive PR initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and communicate business achievements.

Align marketing communications with industry trends and sustainability initiatives.

Marketing Leadership

Lead and develop a global marketing team across branding, digital marketing, content, and events.

Establish marketing KPIs, reporting processes, and manage the global marketing budget to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or a related discipline.

Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B industrial marketing, including at least 3 years in a marketing leadership role.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, marketing automation platforms (such as HubSpot or Marketo), and marketing analytics tools.
