Full job description

Ace Scorers Enrichment Centre is a MOE registered tuition centre located at both Serangoon Gardens. We are happy to inform that we have vacancies for the post of Admin Assistant the lively neighbourhood of Serangoon Gardens. Our website is www.acescorers.com.sg.

As an admin assistant you will be helping the Centre Manager with duties such as:

1. Marking attendance

2. Photocopy teaching materials

3. Printing teaching materials

4. Collection of payment

5. Answering phone calls

6. Any other assignments given by the Centre Manager

Undergrads, students, fresh grads are welcome to apply. Experience not required. Training is provided.

You will be working with a bunch of energetic undergrads with flexible schedules. As such we will deconflict the schedules with one another. At least 1 weekend is required. Work timings are usually 2pm to 8pm on weekdays and 9am to 5pm on weekends.
