We’re looking for ambitious university and polytechnic graduates to join our 2026 UBS Singapore University and Polytechnic Employability and Readiness Program (UBS-SUPER Program) within one of our business divisions (Global Wealth Management, Asset Management, Investment Bank) or Group Functions (such as Human Resources or Risk Control).

Based in Singapore, you’ll work closely with members in various areas and potentially with colleagues across APAC. It’s an opportunity to be part of a team, work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients, and the firm. You’ll have plenty of chances to develop new skills and make new contacts.

We’re looking for a candidate who:

• has graduated from a university/polytechnic in the past 18 months or is a polytechnic graduate who completed mandatory National Service with your Operationally Ready Date within the past 18 months
• is able to join us by September 2026 and is a Singapore citizen
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is a strategic (and creative) thinker with strong communication skills
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

We’re looking for someone who’s curious and wants to thrive in a business that never stops moving. We welcome all majors, but it’s important to have an interest in the financial industry. We want to see what makes you unique and discover what you can bring to our team. Perhaps you’ve organized a fundraising event or taken part in team sports? Or stepped out of your comfort zone to learn about a subject you found challenging? Let us know how your achievements match the skills we’re after.

Your traineeship will last 12 months, where you’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations.

Our learnings sessions are designed to give you a foundational understanding of banking and finance and help you build key skills that will help you along your career path. The curriculum is delivered by UBS experts, external partners, and local tertiary institutions.
