Full job description

For individuals who are keen to find out more about counselling and love meeting new people, the Part-Time Customer Service role may be a good fit for you! The individual provides professional and non-judgmental front-line service to clients and facilitates the operations of SCC.

Tertiary students are welcomed to apply.

Anyone who is interested may submit his or her request through counselling@scc.sg with the email subject Application for Part-Time Customer Service-(Name). Do include the following:

  • CV / Resume
  • Availability to work on Saturdays and/or Sundays
  • Languages spoken and language proficiency

Remuneration is based on an hourly rate.

Min. commitment period of 6 months.
