Responsibilities:
Provide frontline support with regard to patient admissions, transfers, discharges and other related patient-care duties

Attend to enquires from patients/public

Coordinate and arrange appointments for patients

Assist in the ordering and maintenance of ward stock and stationery supplies

Promptly update and maintain core patient information meticulously

Undertake general administrative duties including ward reception and billing

Manage and ensure the smooth flow of support functions within assigned ward

Requirements:
GCE N Level or ITE Certificate holders are welcome to apply

Prior customer service experience in relevant healthcare settings would be an added advantage

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Ability to communicate in vernacular languages is an asset

Good interpersonal & organizational skills

Strong team player with ability to work independently
