Front Desk & Customer Service

  • Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Handle customer enquiries, reservations, and walk-ins
  • Answer phone calls and direct enquiries appropriately
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and presentable reception area
  • Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth guest flow

Cashiering Duties

  • Process payments (cash, credit card, e-payments) accurately
  • Issue receipts and maintain proper transaction records
  • Perform daily cash reconciliation and closing reports
  • Handle refunds, voids, and discrepancies professionally
  • Ensure compliance with company financial procedures

Administrative Support

  • Maintain customer records and booking systems
  • Assist in basic reporting and documentation
  • Support daily operational needs when required
