Full job description

You will work with experienced game developers based in Singapore in an exciting studio environment. Our ideal candidate is passionate about playing and developing games, self-driven and a great team player.

As a Game Designer, you will use your creativity and talent to build awesome player experiences. Also, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative mechanics and features for one of our exciting games. Support our dynamic team with your knowledge and experience in building something big. Develop outstanding game mechanics for free-to-play mobile games enjoyed by users across the world.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with team members to deliver game content on schedule.
  • Create elegant game mechanics that fall in line with the game’s vision.
  • Communicate concepts and reasoning behind design decision to all disciplines.
  • Proactively find problems within the gameplay and provide data-driven solutions.
  • Create and maintain design communication and documentation.
  • Iterate designs to create a great gameplay experience.
  • Analyze operational KPIs and user feedback to continually improve the game.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with 0 to 1 year experience. Fresh graduates are welcomed.
  • Proficiency in Excel, capacity to understand mathematical modelling in game design.
  • A creative mindset, exceptional logical and analytical capabilities, able to think from a player’s point of view and stay organized under pressure.
  • Passion for f2p games and their mechanics
  • Comfortable with Adobe products and Unity engine is a plus.
  • Experience in scripting or programming is a plus
