IT Support Specialist Required:

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist with over 5 years of hands-on experience in IT support, endpoint management, and workplace IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in troubleshooting hardware/software issues, managing enterprise systems, and ensuring reliable IT operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware on end-user devices (desktops, laptops, and peripherals).
  • Provide advanced support for Windows-based environments and enterprise applications.
  • Manage and support Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, and SCCM for endpoint administration.
  • Set up and maintain user accounts, workstations, and access permissions.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to Windows OS, applications, printers, and hardware.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure stable and efficient IT operations.
  • Support and maintain network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
  • Provide support for CCTV security systems and door access control systems.
  • Ensure endpoint security through access controls, antivirus, backups, and firewall compliance.
  • Perform system upgrades, patch management, and deployment of new software/hardware versions.
  • Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and configuration documentation.
  • Develop and maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
  • Manage and update tickets using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
  • Provide on-site (“hands and feet”) support when required.
  • Support backup and restoration of systems and data using approved procedures.
  • Deliver end-user training and technical guidance.

Core Competencies:

  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and operating systems.
  • Deep knowledge of Windows OS environments and enterprise support.
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, and SCCM.
  • Good understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
  • Experience supporting printers, peripherals, and enterprise applications.
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, etc.).
  • Ability to handle complex incidents and escalations independently.
  • Strong communication and user support skills.
  • Excellent documentation and problem-solving abilities.
