Full job description

What you'll be doing

You'll be building and delivering real Salesforce solutions — not just fixing tickets. Working alongside architects and business consultants, you'll design and develop features using Apex, LWC, and OmniScript, and have genuine ownership of your workstream from requirements through to deployment.

This is a meaningful project with public sector impact, and a good fit if you want hands-on delivery experience in a structured environment.

Your day-to-day

  • Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and OmniScript
  • Customise objects, workflows, and automation to meet business requirements
  • Collaborate with architects and functional consultants to turn requirements into working solutions
  • Support CI/CD pipelines, releases, and production issue resolution
  • Contribute to technical documentation and uphold coding standards

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
  • Solid with Apex (classes & triggers) and LWC — you've shipped these in real projects
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certified (Salesforce Administrator cert is a plus)
  • Comfortable working in an SDLC-driven environment with clear milestones
  • Good communicator who can work across technical and non-technical stakeholders

Bonus points for

  • OmniStudio / OmniScript experience
  • Prior public sector project exposure
  • Platform Developer II or JavaScript Developer I cert
