Key Responsibilities

1. Taking orders: Accurately taking food and drink ordersfrom customers.

2. Serving food and beverages: Delivering orders tocustomers in a timely manner.

3. Providing excellent customer service: Greeting customers,answering questions, and ensuring a positive dining experience.

4. Managing tables: Assigning tables, tracking orders, andensuring efficient service.

5. Handling payments: Processing payments, handling cash andcredit transactions, and managing tips.

6. Maintaining a clean environment: Ensuring the dining areais clean and well-maintained.

Additional Responsibilities

1. Knowledge of menu: Familiarity with the menu,ingredients, and preparation methods.

2. Multitasking: Handling multiple tables and customerssimultaneously.

3. Teamwork: Collaborating with other servers, bartenders,and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.

4. Adhering to safety and hygiene standards: Followingproper sanitation and safety protocols.

5. Able to work on weekdays, weekends and public holidays (5.5days work week)
