Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Chef to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for food preparation, maintaining quality standards, supporting daily kitchen operations, and ensuring a high standard of food hygiene and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.

  • Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation.

  • Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management.

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with Singapore food safety regulations.

  • Minimise food wastage and support cost control initiatives.

  • Assist in menu development and seasonal offerings where required.

  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure efficient daily operations.

  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety and food handling procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Chef in a commercial kitchen.

  • Experience in Western cuisine preferred.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

  • Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.

  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

  • Able to work weekends, public holidays, and shift schedules.

Salary

  • S$3,500 – S$4,000 per month
