We're Currently Hiring :

Chef de Partie (CDP)

Salary: SGD 3,300–3,800

Key Responsibilities

• Lead your assigned kitchen section during service
• Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of every dish
• Maintain high food safety, hygiene, and kitchen standards
• Support and mentor junior kitchen team members
• Assist with stock control and daily kitchen operations
• Work closely with the Sous Chef to deliver smooth, efficient service

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie
• Experience in a quality Western or Mediterranean restaurant is required
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety
• Calm under pressure with excellent organisational skills
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset

Commis Chef

Salary: SGD 2,800–3,200

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and daily mise en place
• Support all kitchen stations during service
• Learn and develop under experienced chefs
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the kitchen
• Assist with food preparation for restaurant service, private events, and catering

Requirements

• Previous experience in a professional Western kitchen is required
• Passion for cooking and willingness to learn
• Reliable, disciplined, and eager to grow
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Prep Cook
Salary: SGD 2,500–2,800

Ideal for candidates looking to build a long-term culinary career while supporting daily preparation, mise en place, and production across restaurant service and events.

Sous Chef
Salary: SGD 3,000–4,000

We're also looking for an experienced Sous Chef with strong leadership skills and a background in Western cuisine. Experience in Mediterranean and/or Middle Eastern cuisine, private events, and catering is highly valued.
