ROLE PURPOSE

Support end-to-end procurement operations for Creative Eateries Group by ensuring accurate PO processing, supplier coordination, vendor master maintenance, product documentation and timely fulfilment across restaurants, catering, Central Kitchen and HQ, aligned with procurement SOP, DOA and compliance requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Raise and track purchase requisitions/ POs through the official procurement system, verifying pricing, specifications, delivery terms and approval requirements

- Coordinate supply, delivery follow-up, goods receipt and documentation accuracy across HQ, outlets and Central Kitchen

- Support PO/ DO/ invoice matching and resolve delivery, pricing or billing discrepancies with suppliers and users

- Assist supplier onboarding, credit account setup, business registration, banking details, product specifications and compliance records

- Maintain vendor master and EzyProcure account data, including user access, product setup, system updates and supplier records

- Monitor supplier reliability, pricing, quality, documentation and escalate supply continuity risks where required

- Conduct RFQ/ market benchmarking for assigned items and prepare concise price comparisons for review

- Coordinate product samples, specifications and evaluations with culinary, outlets and procurement stakeholders

- Support cost optimisation, alternative sourcing, sustainability practices and approved supplier usage

- Maintain auditable procurement records including halal certificates, food safety documents, sustainability documents and supplier declarations

- Ensure procurement activities comply with SOP, DOA, approved supplier process and traceable system records

- Communicate product updates, supplier notifications and procurement instructions clearly to outlets and relevant group chats

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-2 years of procurement, administrative or shared services support experience; F&B, food supply or remote procurement support experience preferred
  • Proficient in WhatsApp, Outlook, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and procurement/ e-procurement systems; relevant ERP exposure preferred
  • Detail-oriented, organised and accurate in data entry, documentation, follow-up and deadline management
  • Able to communicate professionally, work independently across remote and local teams, and collaborate effectively with outlets, chefs, suppliers and internal stakeholders

Pay: $600.00 per month
