At Yacht Luxe, we're looking for a motivated, customer-oriented Yacht Charter Sales Executive who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable yacht charter experiences.

What You'll Do

Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and email

Understand clients' requirements and recommend suitable yachts based on their group size, occasion, and budget

Prepare quotations, proposals, and booking confirmations

Follow up with prospective clients and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings

Coordinate with yacht crews, vendors, and the operations team to ensure smooth charter arrangements

Assist clients with pre-charter planning, including itineraries, catering, decorations, and special requests

Attend yacht viewings with clients when required

Build strong client relationships through excellent after-sales service

Who We're Looking For

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply — training and mentorship will be provided

Candidates with prior experience in sales, hospitality, events, luxury services, or customer service will have an advantage

Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with our diverse clientele (ability to converse confidently in Mandarin is a strong advantage)

Friendly, confident, and customer-focused with excellent communication skills

A fast learner with good problem-solving ability and adaptability

Responsible, self-disciplined, and able to work independently in a work-from-home environment

Able to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks

Flexible and able to manage last-minute requests in a fast-paced environment

Willing to travel to marinas for client yacht viewings when required

Comfortable using mobile and digital tools such as WhatsApp, Google Workspace, and other online platforms
