What You Will Do

• Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors, and address enquiries on programmes, schedules, and fees accurately and professionally.
• Process new student registrations, complete paperwork, and collect fees.
• Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and app messages in a timely manner.
• Keep the centre front clean and organised, and assist with filing, data entry, and inventory tracking.

What You Will Gain

Working Hours

• Friday: 2.30 PM – 9.30 PM
• Saturday, Sunday: 8.30 AM – 7.00 PM

Commitment

• A minimum commitment of 1 year is required. Applicants must also be available for at least 2 of the listed days. Undergraduates are welcome to apply — shifts may be reviewed every 6 months to accommodate academic schedules.
