Executive & Administrative Support

Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the President and BIM Director.

Manage calendars, meetings, appointments and business engagements.

Arrange and coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of meeting materials and follow-up on action items.

Prepare presentations, reports, correspondence, meeting minutes and other documents for management.

Maintain proper filing and organisation of business and project-related documents.

Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

BIM Business & Project Support

Assist the BIM Director in coordinating BIM-related business development and project activities.

Support the preparation of materials for client meetings, presentations, proposals and business discussions.

Assist with gathering and organising market, client and project information across Southeast Asian markets.

Coordinate with internal teams, clients, consultants and other stakeholders on assigned matters.

Follow up on project schedules, meetings, deliverables and action items as required.

Assist in coordinating BIM-related training, workshops, demonstrations and events.

Support the BIM Director in organising information relating to BIM platforms, digital transformation initiatives and emerging technologies such as digital twins, AI/ML and IoT.

Assist with communication and coordination between Singapore/regional teams and China headquarters where required.

Business Development & Coordination

Assist with research on potential clients, partners, projects and market opportunities.

Support preparation of business development materials and presentations.

Coordinate appointments and follow-ups with developers, architects, government agencies, infrastructure operators and other stakeholders.

Assist in arranging business trips, client meetings and regional activities when required.

Track and follow up on assigned tasks to ensure timely completion.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Underground Construction and Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.

15 years of relevant experience

in BIM, preferably with experience in BIM management, consulting, project delivery, or related roles.

Strong organisational and time-management skills with good attention to detail.

Able to prepare professional presentations, reports and business documents.

Strong interpersonal and coordination skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and follow up on tasks effectively.

Mature, responsible and able to handle confidential information appropriately.

Experience in the

AEC, engineering, construction, BIM or technology sector

will be an advantage.

Familiarity with

BIM concepts, digital transformation or project coordination

will be an advantage.

Knowledge of

Revit, Navisworks, ArchiCAD, Bentley, CORENET X or other BIM-related platforms

will be an advantage but is not mandatory.

Good command of

Mandarin and English

will be an advantage, as the role may require communication with China headquarters and regional teams.

Willingness to travel occasionally within Southeast Asia when required.
