Job Summary

Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and field service operations to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction at Telistar.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair medical equipment to restore functionality and ensure safety

Perform scheduled maintenance following defined scope and standard operating procedures to maintain equipment reliability

Complete and close service calls with detailed and accurate service reports to document work performed

Manage customer interactions and escalate issues appropriately to resolve service concerns promptly

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Experience working with medical equipment to enhance troubleshooting and repair effectiveness
