About the Role

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused

Concierge Officer

to support operations at a prestigious luxury retail boutique in Singapore. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a welcoming, safe, and secure environment.

This role is ideal for individuals who possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent grooming standards, and a passion for delivering premium customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers, guests, and visitors professionally.

Provide wayfinding and concierge assistance.

Manage visitor registration and access control procedures.

Coordinate with boutique staff to facilitate customer appointments and VIP visits.

Attend to customer enquiries and provide accurate information.

Maintain a professional presence within the boutique environment.

Observe and report security or safety concerns promptly.

Ensure compliance with workplace policies and procedures.

Support daily operational requirements as assigned by management.

Requirements

Minimum GCE N-Level / O-Level or equivalent qualification.

Prior experience in concierge, customer service, hospitality, retail, or security services is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Well-groomed, professional, and service-oriented.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Comfortable interacting with high-profile customers and guests.

Basic computer literacy is an advantage.

Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
