Job Description:

We are looking for a Corporate Support Executive to join our team and be a key point of contact within the organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-centric environment. You will play a critical role in supporting both internal teams and external clients, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal teams to make sure client needs are met and projects stay on track.
• Work with department heads to ensure resources are ready and client teams are supported.
• Guide clients through the onboarding process and make sure they’re supported from start to finish.
• Gather feedback from clients and share it with internal teams to improve services.
• Set up meetings and presentations for clients, ensuring everyone is on the same page.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with both teams and clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Client-focused with a desire to provide excellent service.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply.
