We are partnering with a fast-growing, award-winning global FinTech firm that is completely disrupting how financial institutions manage risk and collateral in derivatives trading. Operating on a modern Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model, they provide a scalable, cloud-native platform to a rapidly expanding community of global banks, asset managers, and corporate treasuries.

With flat structures, open communication, and massive expansion underway across the APAC region, this is an entry-to-mid-level role where you won't get lost in the hierarchy. You will have direct access to senior leadership and real ownership of the client journey from day one.

We are looking for an ambitious Client Solutions & Implementation Executive (circa 3 years of experience) to join the Singapore team. If you want to sit at the intersection of financial markets, modern software implementation, and client relationship management, this is the launchpad you’ve been looking for.

What you’ll be doing day-to-day:

  • Lead the Onboarding: Own the full implementation lifecycle for new institutional clients. You will gather complex requirements, configure the platform to fit their trading workflows, and get them live efficiently.
  • Drive Incremental Change: Act as the dedicated project lead for existing clients as they adopt new platform features, manage upgrades, and request custom workflows.
  • Build Trusted Partnerships: Manage ongoing relationships with an assigned institutional client base across APAC, ensuring they get maximum value from the platform.
  • Advanced Problem Solving: Act as the senior escalation point for complex technical or workflow queries coming from the support desk, ensuring rapid, transparent resolution.
  • Pre-Sales Collaboration: Partner with the regional Sales Director, lending your platform expertise to pre-sales demonstrations and technical discussions with prospective clients.

What we are looking for:

  • The Right Foundation: 3 years of experience in a client-facing delivery, onboarding, or project management role within financial services, banking operations, or a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Market Familiarity (Highly Beneficial): A baseline understanding of derivatives trading, clearing, or collateral management workflows gives you a massive head start.
  • Data & Tech Comfort: Strong analytical skills with solid Excel capabilities. You should understand data mapping concepts and structures; basic SQL knowledge is a distinct advantage.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: A logical approach to troubleshooting data and system configurations under pressure.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Fluent spoken and written English is essential. You are a natural team player who prioritizes collective success ("we" over "I") and communicates transparently. Professional fluency in Mandarin or another regional language is highly regarded but not mandatory.
