Benefits:
Basic salary up to $3200

12-hour shifts (7am to 7pm / 7pm to 7am), 25 working days per month, rotating shift

Responsibilities:
Executes all duties related to the Hotel’s front office operations, including registration of guests during check-in, checking/verifying guests particulars, updating of room status, departure calls/checks, etc.

Cashiering duties (compute and collect applicable rates from guest(s) including trial balance and shift closing.

Answering inquiries by guests (email/phone/over the counter) and render reasonable assistance/services in line with excellent hospitality standards.

May be tasked to execute room checks, reservations and public area checks as part of the hotel’s effort to offer staff more holistic training for potential promotion.

Execute all reasonable work processes as instructed by The Customer from time to time towards the smooth management and operations of the hotel.
