Full job description

We're looking for an experienced Bar Crew who is passionate about hospitality, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard
  • Recommend drinks and provide exceptional customer service
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the bar area
  • Handle orders, payments, and daily bar operations efficiently
  • Restock bar inventory and monitor stock levels
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and liquor regulations
  • Work closely with the team to deliver a seamless guest experience

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of bar experience in a restaurant, bar, pub, or hospitality environment
  • Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, and bar operations
  • Able to work independently and remain calm under pressure
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts
