Job Responsibilities
- Support the P&L Head in managing daily contract logistics operations, including warehouse, inventory, transportation coordination, and customer service performance.
- Review customer requirements and assist in developing practical logistics solutions, including warehouse flow, manpower needs, storage arrangement, handling process, and cost considerations.
- Work with Sales, Operations, Finance, and IT teams to support new customer proposals, project implementation, and service improvement.
- Monitor inbound and outbound operations to ensure timely execution, inventory accuracy, service quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement in warehouse processes, space utilization, productivity, cost control, and workflow standardization.
- Lead or support stock take, cycle count, inventory adjustment, discrepancy investigation, cargo damage handling, and claim documentation.
- Prepare operational reports, KPI reports, productivity analysis, and other management reports to support business review and decision-making.
- Ensure timely and accurate billing to customers by coordinating with internal teams and verifying operational data.
- Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards and customer requirements.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related discipline.
- Relevant experience in contract logistics, warehouse operations, 3PL, distribution, or supply chain operations.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, inbound/outbound flow, manpower coordination, and transportation arrangement.
- Exposure to logistics solution design, warehouse layout planning, process improvement, or customer implementation will be an advantage.
- Able to analyze operational issues, propose practical improvements, and support cost-effective logistics solutions.
- Good coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work with internal teams and customers.
- Hands-on, responsible, and willing to learn, with a strong sense of ownership and operational discipline.
