Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist clients in achieving their fitness goals by assessing, developing, executing and monitoring a safe and effective training program for each individual
Educating and providing appropriate advice to clients
Interact positively and provide good customer service to clients and visitors
Monitor and ensure the safe and effective use of exercise equipment
Ensure equipment is kept up to standard for safe, effective and clean usage
Achieve monthly sales and service targets with the team
Ensure smooth daily operational flow pertaining to club/gym SOPs
Work closely with the Manager to ensure that club/gym goals and requirements are up to standard

Ideal profile:

Self-Driven with Initiative
Positive Attitude ⁣and Energy
Sales-oriented with Good Interpersonal Skills
At least one recognised personal training qualification (e.g. ACE, NCSF, NSCA, etc.)
CPR/AED & First Aid certified

Identify, assess, review, execute & monitor a safe & effective training program to assist members in achieving their individual fitness goals

Educate & provide proper advice to members

Interact and provide good customer service to members and visitors

Monitor and ensure members' safe and effective use of equipment

Ensure equipment are kept up to standard for effective, safe and clean usage

Achieve monthly sales and service targets with the team

Ensure daily operational flow pertaining to club/gym SOPS and culture

Working closely with the Manager on a regular basis to ensure club/gym goals, requirements are met or up to standards
