BFT Sales/Admin Ambassador

We are looking for a Brand Ambassador for Body Fit Training (BFT) to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets for our clubs. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make prospects feel welcome, identify prospects' needs, present and answer questions about our products and services, and recommend solutions are required.

A positive attitude, patience, and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer enquiries or complaints will make you successful in this role. You will ensure that a) you have a proper understanding of our products and services in order to address relevant enquiries, b) enquiries are responded to in an appropriate and timely manner, and c) customers are satisfied with our standards of service. Ultimately, in this manner, you will contribute to the profitability and success of our club.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Exceed all KPIs and sales targets set
• Manage our marketing plan, including handing out flyers, social media posting, and contacting prospects
• Digital and community marketing activities
• Deliver presentations and answer enquiries on our fitness club, programs, membership and packages
• Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person / on the telephone / social media platforms
• Interact with customers in a pleasant and appropriate manner
• Maintain a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
• Carry out administrative tasks for the studio, e.g. assisting clients with membership suspension
• Set appointments for club tours

• Experience within Sales and Marketing is a strong advantage
• Exceptionally hard-working, self-motivated and willing to go the extra mile to achieve targets
• Enjoys sales and has a passion for building a career in the health and fitness industry
• Has strong sales experience and enjoys working for commission and bonuses
• Enjoys meeting people, organising events and marketing / promotional work
• High level of patience and ability to resolve customer issues
• Organised and capable of carrying out administrative tasks

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
