Marketing Executive

Role Overview

• Grow brand awareness and strengthen Roote’s online presence
• Execute marketing strategies aligned with the company’s vision and goals
• Work closely with the founding team on branding and campaign development
• Support overall business and brand growth through creative marketing initiatives

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Plan and manage social media content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and other digital channels
• Create creative marketing ideas and campaign concepts aligned with Roote’s branding
• Assist in content planning, copywriting, and campaign coordination
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Work closely with the design team to ensure cohesive branding and visuals
• Support influencer outreach, collaborations, and partnership opportunities
• Monitor social media performance, engagement metrics, and campaign results
• Contribute ideas to improve customer engagement and brand positioning
• Assist in brand launches, promotional campaigns, and other marketing initiatives

Requirements

• Strong interest in branding, marketing, and social media
• Creative mindset with good communication and organisational skills
• Familiarity with social media trends and digital marketing platforms
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a startup environment
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute ideas
• Prior experience in marketing, branding, content creation, or social media management

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
