We are looking for you,

Technician

to our Refinery Operations Shift Team in Neste Tuas, Singapore.

You will focus on ensuring smooth daily operations, plant maintenance and troubleshooting to meet our production targets. In this job you will work closely with Shift Supervisors/ Deputy Shift Supervisors to ensure safe and reliable operations. You will work with a collaborative team that inspires learning. Together with your expertise, we can do meaningful work to drive Neste forward.

Interviews for this role will be conducted physically at Tuas refinery

This role requires shift duties (12 hours, 2-2-3 pattern)

The work location is in Tuas South, Singapore

Every new hire has to undergo a mandatory health checkup to determine your medical fitness to take on the role

Your role in our team

Ensure smooth and safe operations in the plant

Work closely with Senior Technicians to monitor the process, safety and report non-conformity

Field patrolling to monitor possible emissions to atmosphere, ground or waste water and implement preventive actions

Collect process samples according to routine schedule

Execute LOTO to equipment for maintenance activities

Able to work in confine space environment if required

Participate in the PTW issue process such as Cold Work and Hot Work permits

Monitor the condition of process equipment and facilities to maintain high availability of equipment

Member of the Emergency Response Team

Maintain good housekeeping of the operating areas

NITEC in Chemical Process Technology / Diploma in Chemical Engineering or related Engineering Disciplines
