Full job description

We are seeking a Facilities Manager to play a pivotal role in bringing a new campus into full operation. Unlike roles in established facilities, this position offers the rare chance to shape systems, processes, and vendor relationships from the ground up. You will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance and safety, and manage critical fit-out and renovation projects across MEP, HVAC, and interior design.

Responsibilities

What sets this opportunity apart is the scope and challenge. You will gain exposure to both facilities management and project management, working across stakeholders, contractors, and leadership teams. Rather than simply maintaining an existing site, you will be instrumental in building efficiency, problem-solving, and developing a facility that runs seamlessly. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and wants to grow beyond the traditional FM remit. This role reports to an Operations Director.

Requirement
