1. Job Summary

Asst. Human Resource/Admin Officer assist the Office Manager and Snr. HR Officer in with responsibilities of providing support in the various human resource functions.

2. Responsibilities and Duties

• Assists in facilitating the company’s recruitment programs through placement of Recruitment

• Assist in conducting orientation/introduction of new staff.

• Update staff particulars in ERP registry (personal details, certificates, biometrics, etc.).

• Monitoring company’s equipment (Vehicle etc).

• Monitoring the employee’s probation, training and confirmation.

• Assist in facilitating and processing of HR appraisal within the company
• Planning and organizing company’s event.

• Administrate employee medical insurance including enrolment, updates, renewals and terminations

• Assist in updating of all staff job descriptions and specification record.

• Provide reception support by handling visitors, answering telephone calls, and providing administrative assistant as required.

• Perform other duties assigned by Office Manager/Snr.HR Officer and Management.
