Dedicated to safety, precision, and patient care, Clearvision has performed over 35,000 successful eye surgeries using state-of-the-art technology. From detailed eye assessments to 24/7 post-op care, our team is dedicated to helping patients achieve clear vision safely, and with minimal discomfort.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Clinic Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fun-loving, responsible, proactive, and a strong team player. As a Clinic Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic and providing outstanding service to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care and Interaction:
Greet patients with a friendly and professional demeanour, ensuring a positive first impression.
Assist patients with the completion of necessary forms and paperwork.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments, handling any necessary rescheduling or follow-up.
Provide information to patients regarding procedures, treatments, and eye care products.
Clinical Support:
Prepare examination rooms for patient visits, ensuring cleanliness and readiness.
Assist ophthalmologists and optometrists with various diagnostic tests and procedures.
Perform preliminary tests, such as visual acuity tests and ocular pressure measurements, under the supervision of eye care professionals.
Maintain and sterilise medical equipment and instruments according to clinic protocols.
Administrative Duties:
Handle billing and private/corporate insurance claims, including verifying insurance information and processing payments.
Order and stock medical supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other clinic staff to ensure efficient workflow and patient satisfaction.
Provide support and assistance to colleagues as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Able to travel between different branches (Transport fees will be compensated).
Qualifications:
Minimum O-Levels Certification
Previous medical or clinical experience is preferred, but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
