Full job description

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a lean, fast-moving environment, can wear multiple hats, and wants to directly influence the learner experience from lead generation to enrolment to retention.

  • Understand Business Needs & Improve Processes Support the functional and operational aspects of marketing technology (MarTech) and CRM platforms used across digital channels.
  • Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and system configuration requirements.
  • Team Support to Optimise CRM / MarTech Tools, Support Integrations & Product Enhancements
  • Support CRM and MarTech platform operations, including data quality checks, workflows, and configuration changes.
  • Support system integration initiatives involving CRM and other enterprise systems.
  • Work with internal technical teams and external vendors to support API-based integrations, data mappings, and integration testing.
  • Support testing activities such as SIT and UAT, including test case preparation, coordination, defect tracking, and validation of fixes.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot operational issues related to CRM, MarTech, escalating issues where necessary.
  • Maintain functional, integration, and process documentation, ensuring documentation remains current and accurate.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation, data accuracy, and platform usage across MarTech and CRM tools.
  • Support platform enhancements, upgrades, and new feature rollouts in collaboration with internal teams and/or partners.
  • Provide ongoing support to business users and act as a bridge between business and technical teams.
